Adult and Pediatric Speech and Occupational Therapy in Boston's South Shore Area.

About Us
Life is busy. Therapy shouldn't be compromised. At Leading Therapy Home, we are dedicated to helping our patients conveniently access the speech and occupational therapy services they need. Our speech and occupational therapists serve children and adults experiencing communication, feeding, swallowing, executive functioning, sensory integration, fine and gross motor, visual perceptual skills, and self-care challenges. Services are provided in the home, daycare, preschool, private school, community settings, and via telepractice.
Why our adult and pediatric therapy approach at Leading Therapy Home is unique:
-
We focus on skills where they are most naturally occurring. Research tells us that we learn best in our natural environments. Therefore, our services take place where our patients are most comfortable, allowing them the security to learn and practice new skills in the settings that matter most.
-
Online and In-home speech and occupational therapy is easier to schedule and saves time. There is no driving or waiting; we reduce the burden on families by coming to their doorstep. The added convenience adds up to more consistent therapy and faster progress.
-
Family members and caregivers can organically participate in speech and occupational therapy sessions which facilitates a greater understanding of the therapists' goals and techniques, greater carryover, and greater progress.
-
Our priority is our patients, not standardized testing scores. We pride ourselves in developing strong connections with our patients and their families to develop goals and treatment approaches based on what's impacting their lives the most. This is where the change happens, and to us, this is what is most important.

What our clients are saying:
"Amazing Therapist"
"After just a few sessions with Christi, I sat and watched…with tears in my eyes listening to all the sounds my son was making for her. My son is now almost six and speaking full understandable sentences and I completely credit Christi with that. Not only is she an amazing therapist she is an outstanding person who truly cares and always goes above and beyond."
"Absolutely Brilliant"
"Not only did our therapist help my daughter speak, she instilled the most wonderful confidence in my baby girl. Our speech therapist is absolutely brilliant at what she does and we will forever be grateful for her."
"Best Decision"
"Choosing to work with Leading Therapy Home was one of the best decisions we ever made for our son. We have been working with Danielle for over 1.5 years and her knowledge and expertise has helped my son to grow into the strong healthy 3 year old that he is! Her feeding and speech therapies are top notch! She has a wealth of knowledge and lots of tips to share that actually work! Highly recommend Leading Therapy Home!"
