What our team is saying:

"LTH above all provides a therapist the space to be autonomous over their caseload while being fully supported in the background. The flexibility and work/life balance are unmatched compared with other settings. I have really loved being a key player and teammate in making an impact in my patients' lives."

"I love the flexibility that LTH offers. It is truly unmatched and unique, and I have worked in various settings as an SLP. You are in control, but at the same time, are offered support and guidance along the way."

As an OT and working mom, I recognize the many roles that each individual has to embrace and the real life challenges that come with all the hats that we wear. Leading Therapy Home has provided me with the flexibility to schedule clients when and where I can for maximal financial stability. Just as importantly, it allows me to be ever present for my own children and family. Creating work/ life balance is not just a casual catchphrase, but something real that Christi and the whole team actively strive to promote, truly understanding the priority of self care for the caregiver. It has been a rewarding journey so far and I cannot wait to see what adventures are yet to come!

"As a mom, I am endlessly thankful to Leading Therapy Home for allowing me the flexibility to create my own schedule so I can maintain a healthy work/life balance."

"I very much enjoy and feel extremely blessed to work with children, families, caregivers, and community members within their most natural environments! Working to foster skill development in real-time scenarios (with real life happening all around us - siblings, pets, weather, etc.) has been so powerful and I truly feel that it is extremely beneficial for therapeutic growth. But, it has also allowed me to establish amazing therapeutic relationships with my families -

I feel like the level of trust and collaboration is far beyond that I have experienced in other settings

(clinic, school based)."

"I really appreciate the assistance and support provided to keep my scheduled visits in close proximity to each other on a day-by-day basis, and after 40 years in the field, I am learning new skills and enjoying the continuing ed courses and workshops I've been attending to gain these skills!
