Diana Cavicchi
Occupational Therapist
Diana received her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Health Science at the University of Massachusetts Boston and her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy at Bay Path University. She has experience working with adults and children in a variety of settings to include outpatient rehabilitation, school-based and skilled nursing facilities.
For the past 5 years, Diana has focused her work in pediatrics. She has specialized training in the Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding. Diana has certification to implement Therapeutic Listening and training with focus on trauma informed care. She is skilled with Brain Gym, Wilbarger Brushing Protocol and Handwriting Without Tears programs.
Diana values building a strong, therapeutic relationship with patient’s and their families! She takes a child-centered approach with focus on improving independence in daily routines through play and activities motivating to her patients! Diana enjoys targeting goals specific to the family and welcomes the opportunity to do so in the home environment!
During her free time, Diana loves spending time with her family, eating delicious food and being at the beach or anywhere she can find a palm tree!
